Early Childhood Program

Renaissance School One

The Preschool Program at Renaissance One - School of Humanities is comprised of over 80 three and four year-old students, learning and growing in both special education and inclusion classrooms.

Curriculum-infused related services include:
•Physical Therapy
•Occupational Therapy
•Behavioral Intervention
•Speech and Language Therapy

Educational content is guided throughout by Creative Curriculum, which is firmly grounded in child development theory. This curriculum encourages child growth and development in four domains -Social/Emotional, Physical, Cognitive, and Language -using developmentally appropriate goals and objectives in a stimulating learning environment. It balances teacher-directed and student-initiated learning by building upon student strengths and interests.
